The weddingcake shown is a chocolate cake with seasonal fruit, for 150 guests. If you choose chocolate cake, each layer will be filled with sumptuous chocolate ganache, or victoria sponge cake, filled with buttercream and jam. Coffee cake makes a delicious and unusual wedding cake, filled with coffee buttercream, or carrot cake filled with cream cheese frosting, as a unique alternative to fruitcake.
