Payment terms:
A minimum of 50% deposit is required on placing your order, the balance is due 3 weeks prior to delivery of the cake. Your order may be cancelled, by email or in writing, within 7 days of placing your order, after this time, payments are not refundable.
Accessories hire charge:
If your chosen cake design requires a stand, or platter and jug, this information is included on the order form. There is a £100 returnable hire charge payable which is taken as part of your payment.
Please be aware that it is your responsibility to return any cake stand or other accessory. Accessories must be returned within one week to the address below, on safe return, your accessories hire charge will be refunded.
Delivery:
All cakes are delivered to your venue. We cannot allow personal callers at our premises. We will do our best to deliver within the times you request on the order form, but due to the nature of delivery (road conditions etc), we make no guarantees that delivery will be made at the time requested.
We usually require at least 2 hours for setting up. Please ensure that your venue is able to accommodate this. Please provide contact details (phone number, etc.) for your venue, we will attempt to liase with your venue to allow us sufficient time. It is important that the address you give for delivery is accurate, and that you give us a telephone contact number for the day of delivery.
Returns policy:
Due to the personalised nature of these cakes, we do not offer refunds. All our cakes are delivered in perfect condition. Once the cakes have been delivered they are the full responsibility of the customer.
Security and privacy:
A secure server protects any orders for goods made via our web site. The privacy of our customers is important to us. All orders are treated in strict confidence. Your personal information will not be sold or passed to any third-party companies. The information you provide will only be used in connection with the fullfilling of your order.
Cookies:
Are delicious, but they are also a small file some sites use to track generalised information about users of a website. We use cookies so we can track the popularity of each cake on our site. No personal information is stored. You can choose to disable cookies on your computer if you wish.
