TERMS AND CONDITIONS

Payment terms:
Wedding Cakes: a minimum of 50% deposit is required on placing the order, and the balance is due 3 weeks prior to delivery of the cake. Please note that deposits are only returnable in exception circumstances, and only within 14 days of payment. If your wedding is within the next 3 weeks, we will require full payment on placing your order, this is non-refundable. This is due to the personalised nature of your order.
If your design requires a stand, platter and jug, or other presentation accessory, there is an £150 returnable deposit payable. This must be sent as a cheque to:

Please be aware that it is your responsibility to ensure that the stand is returned. Stands must be returned within one week, otherwise we reserve the right to cash your deposit, and charge you for the cost of replacement.

Party Cakes: We are no longer accepting orders for party cakes.

Delivery:
All our wedding cakes are delivered to your venue. We will do our best to deliver within the times you request on the order form, but due to the nature of delivery (road conditions etc), we make no guarantees that delivery will will be made at the time requested. We usually require at least 2 hours for setting up, individual cake styles need at least 2 ½ hours. If you are able to provide contact details (phone number, etc.) for your venue, we will attempt to liase with your venue to allow us sufficient time. Delivery within Wiltshire is free, for all other areas, we will make a charge based on the distance we have to cover, please see the order form if you require a price.
It is important that the address you give for delivery is accurate, and that you give us a telephone contact number for the day of delivery.
Dolls are delivered by Royal Mail First Class Delivery. Some dolls may be made to order, and you should allow 1 week from date of order. In an emergency, we may be able to provide next day delivery, please contact us to discuss your requirements.

Returns policy:
Wedding cakes: All our cakes are delivered in perfect condition. Once the cakes have been delivered they are the full responsibility of the customer. As our cakes are individually designed for you, we do not offer refunds.

Security and privacy:
A secure server protects any orders for goods made via our web site. The privacy of our customers is important to us – all orders are treated in strict confidence. Your personal information will not be sold or passed to any third-party companies. The information you provide will only be used in connection with the fullfilling of your order.

Copyright:
All of the written, photographic, design and audio content of our web site, together with the selection and arrangement of it are our copyrighted property or that of the people who have granted to us the right to use it and is protected as such. All rights are reserved. None of this material may be used without our written permission. You may download or print a single copy for your own non-commercial off-line viewing. All names, logos, slogans or other phrases may be a trademark of another or ours person or corporation. Any unauthorised use of a trademark is unlawful.

Changes: We reserve the right to make changes to this Web Site and these terms at any time.
